We are doing all we can to support our Staff and Clients during this difficult time.

 

The National Hair & Beauty Federation is working with the Government to deliver guidelines for how the hair, beauty and barbering industries can safely return to work. These will be released in line with the Government ‘roadmap’ out of lockdown. However, the Government is not yet prepared to discuss the times when different industries will be allowed to re-open.

Business as usual, I don’t think so!, It’s going to be far from usual.

 

Firstly we really hope that this finds you well and that you and your loved ones are keeping safe. You are one of our most valued clients, so we want to keep you up to date on everything we are doing in the salon. As soon as we know a date for when we can open details will be on this page for you on how you can make your long-awaited appointment. 

 

Cleaning and Sanitising.

Our team is trained to meet our high cleanliness standards using our very own Clean it range of products. 

The health and safety of our staff and clients remain our absolute priority. Here are some of the things that you will find very different when you next visit us. Each stylist section and basin area will be thougherly sanitised in between each appointment. 

 

Clients must wait outside until appointment time until your stylist's previous client leaves. If you call the salon and let us know you are there, you can remain in your car and we will phone you when it is safe to enter.

 

You must come on your own, sorry but no children, friends or family are to come with you.

 

After you enter the salon you will be asked to wear your mask, Hand-off sanitiser must be sprayed onto your hands. - We will supply disposable masks if you don’t have one. Disposable gowns will also be supplied.

Your Stylist will also be wearing a mask. CLEAN.IT and HANDS OFF will have been used to sanitise the stylist positions, their aprons, and tools before they greet you.          

 

Please note we will not be supplying magazines or refreshments so if you feel you will want a drink please bring a bottle with you. No alcohol please.

 

All hair will have to be shampooed and our eco towels used and then disposed of.

 

Card payments only, any gratuity to your stylist will have to be in cash, we are unable to do cashback on any card payment.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodated clients waiting in the salon once they have paid for their services.

 

We hope you understand that we need to make these changes so as we can keep our clients and team as safe as we possibly can whilst in the salon.

 

Watch this page as we will be letting you know how and when you can make your appointment. The government will let us know a date when we can open.

 

As soon as we have a date to re-open I will start taking appointment bookings. Details will be shown on this page.
